The award-winning Quit For Life Program is based on 20 years of research and clinical experience. It has helped thousands of people take control of their lives and their health by quitting tobacco.

Free & Clear gives you one-on-one telephone-based treatment sessions with a professional Quit Coach. Once you enroll, support is available even if you quit and start using tobacco again during the program.

When you enroll in the program you will receive:

Phone-based treatment sessions scheduled at your convenience
Toll-free telephone access to the Quit Coaches for the duration of your treatment
Recommendations on type, dose, and duration of medication if appropriate
Delivery of recommended nicotine replacement products (such as the patch, gum, or lozenge)
Quit Guides designed to help you stay on track between calls

The cost of the Quit For Life Program is paid for by Cooper. This includes treatment sessions, the Quit Guides, and nicotine replacement, if recommended by the Quit Coach. Depending upon your Benefit Options, you may incur co-pays for the recommended prescription drugs used for tobacco cessation.
